What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Excellent written and spoken French (English proficiency is a strong asset);
Deep knowledge of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
Familiarity with project management tools, social listening platforms, and analytics software;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
Curiosity for digital culture and social media trends;
Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts;
Proactive problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What your day-to-day might look like
Conduct market and competitive research to stay on top of industry trends;
Develop creative and relevant content ideas tailored to each client’s audience;
Build and manage editorial calendars aligned with platform best practices and deadlines;
Write and produce high-quality content for social media channels;
Create cohesive and eye-catching visuals tailored to each platform, while staying true to brand guidelines;
Ensure message consistency across all platforms;
Analyze social media performance and translate data into clear insights;
Present strategies and insights in a clear, impactful way;
Collaborate closely with the creative team and account leads;
Handle multiple projects simultaneously with ease;
Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer strategic guidance.
