Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Excellent written and spoken French (English proficiency is a strong asset);
Deep knowledge of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
Familiarity with project management tools, social listening platforms, and analytics software;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
Curiosity for digital culture and social media trends;
Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts;
Proactive problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Develop conventional and digital communication plans that meet clients’ objectives and budgets
Research and monitor media habits of different target audiences
Negotiate and make media purchases, define routing, and develop post-campaign reports
Monitor and optimize campaigns with suppliers
Present strategies to clients clearly and convincingly
Be able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Support the billing process and budget monitoring
