  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Excellent written and spoken French (English proficiency is a strong asset);

  • Deep knowledge of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);

  • Familiarity with project management tools, social listening platforms, and analytics software;

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights;

  • Curiosity for digital culture and social media trends;

  • Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts;

  • Proactive problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset;

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop conventional and digital communication plans that meet clients’ objectives and budgets

  • Research and monitor media habits of different target audiences

  • Negotiate and make media purchases, define routing, and develop post-campaign reports

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns with suppliers

  • Present strategies to clients clearly and convincingly

  • Be able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Support the billing process and budget monitoring
