Qualifications/Personal Qualities

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana and Harvest).

  • Facilitate communication and resolve inter-departmental conflicts

  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of project progress

  • Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in workflows

  • Propose continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency

  • Implement tools and methods to optimize workflow management

  • Prepare regular reports on production status for management
