Requirements
Hold a college diploma (DEC), Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
Responsibilities
Design and create modern and attractive user interfaces focused on the client's business objectives
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Ensure visual consistency across the brand's digital ecosystem
Stay up to date with the latest trends in UI design and digital experiences
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience and the visual identity of products
Create web mockups using Figma
Collaborate with developers to guarantee a faithful and functional implementation of designs and ensure their technical feasibility
Work closely with the creative team to ensure creative potential and brand consistency
Work as a team with digital strategists to meet SEO/GEO requirements and various search engine optimization standards
Understand the basics of HTML and CSS, as well as front-end development, to contribute to component development by acting as a pivotal link between design and development
Analyze collected data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, the Adobe Creative Cloud, Relume, Framer, Codex, and Webflow
Interest and ability to integrate artificial intelligence as a tool
