UX Designer

You will be responsible for understanding user needs and designing intuitive user journeys. Working closely with developers, creatives, and digital strategists, you will align client objectives with user needs. With a strong background in UX design and strategy, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the user experience.

Skills/Tasks

  • Understand users' needs, motivations, and behaviors.

  • Analyze collected data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Create personas, conduct competitor analysis, and design consistent and intuitive user journeys across various platforms.

  • Create website sitemaps.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure creative potential and brand consistency.

  • Work as a team with all involved departments to align client objectives with user needs.

  • Collaborate with digital strategists to meet SEO and other search engine requirements.

  • Design wireframes.

Qualifications/Personal Qualities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design and strategy.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe suite.

  • Strong communication and client presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and innovatively.

  • Empathy and passion for improving user experience.
