Requirements
Hold a college diploma (DEC), Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field
Asset: Master's degree in UX/UI
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
Responsibilities
Understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors
Analyze collected data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Create personas, analyze the competition, and design cohesive and intuitive user journeys across different platforms
Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and web architectures (sitemaps)
Design wireframes
Create web mockups using Figma
Design and create modern and attractive user interfaces focused on the client's business objectives
Participate in design workshops, brainstorming, and feedback sessions to optimize the user experience
Collaborate with developers to guarantee a faithful and functional implementation of designs and ensure their technical feasibility
Stay up to date with the latest trends in UI design and digital experiences
Work closely with the creative team to ensure creative potential and brand consistency
Work as a team with digital strategists to meet SEO/GEO requirements and various search engine optimization standards
Understand the basics of HTML and CSS, as well as front-end development, to contribute to component development by acting as a pivotal link between design and development
Good knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG)
Occasionally design and build websites using no-code/low-code tools such as Webflow or Framer
Qualifications/Personal qualities
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, the Adobe Creative Cloud, Relume, Framer, Codex, and Webflow
Interest and ability to integrate artificial intelligence as a tool
Strong communication and client presentation skills
