To provide personalized service both in-store and online, Unicanvas commissioned Imédia to completely redesign its website and create a customized order form.
Services offered
The new transactional platform, developed using open-source solution Prestashop, was designed to simplify the purchasing experience and improve interaction with customers. In order to reduce the number of calls for quote requests, a customized online form was developed in six simple steps.
The website redesign was based on the existing Unicanvas brand image, enhanced by an enriched graphic platform that offers an optimized browsing experience.
