What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any related field;
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role;
Excellent written and spoken French (English proficiency is a strong asset);Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Harvest) is a significant advantage;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
A keen eye for detail and process-oriented thinking;
Knowledge of production processes and workflows in a communication agency is a plus;
Excellent organizational skills.
What your day-to-day might look like
Coordinate communication, marketing, and web projects;
Work closely with clients and creative, technical, and account management teams to ensure projects stay on track and on schedule;
Take part in resource planning and scheduling across all departments;
Monitor and optimize workflow to prevent delays;
Ensure all deliverables are on time, on budget, and up to standard;
Track project progress consistently to ensure alignment with the predefined schedule;
Build and manage precise timelines while distributing resources according to team skills and availability;
Prepare service proposals;
Negotiate with suppliers;
Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver under short deadlines;
Handle multiple projects at once;
Business development skills are a plus.
