After updates to its brand image and graphic platform and the redesign of its website, MSI Gestion Immobilière was ready to give Imédia a new assignment: create excitement around the annual Win Your Rent! contest through motion design and digital campaigns.

The grand prize allows tenants to save on their first months of rent. Inspired by dating apps, the motion design resembles a cell phone screen, where participants scroll in anticipation of a perfect match. The buildings showcase their best features, intending to charm the potential tenant, who swipes right. The fun experience, inspired by the illustrations we had already developed for the brand, plays on popular notions to strengthen the bond of complicity between the company and its clients. The motion design clearly demonstrates MSI’s competitive advantage. It is entertaining and it affirms the company’s reputation in the property management industry.

Thanks to our digital efforts, 4,974 users (and counting!) submitted a visit request or applied to rent an apartment, a 314% increase just in the first year.
