Brand imageA leader in property management since 2001, MSI Gestion Immobilière is the name to trust, for both tenants and property owners. Seeking to refresh its brand and acquire promotional tools, MSI turned to Imédia to update its brand image and graphic platform and to redesign its website.



Brand
With a desire to be a pioneer in the industry, MSI Gestion Immobilière wanted a timeless image that would convey professionalism and expertise, while also reflecting the company’s flexibility and forward-thinking nature.
The logo was meant to embody MSI Gestion Immobilière’s DNA of being the key to management. The addition of rounded typography reinforces MSI’s close relationship with its tenants, suggesting not only efficient services but, above all, a human touch. This typography balances the professional aspect of the brand image with its accessibility.
With a solution-oriented approach in mind, we developed a comprehensive brand territory that combines the parent brand with its sub-brands: MSI Construction and MSI Signature. The sub-brands offer different services and are represented by distinctive colours. While one needed to be accessible and modern, the other had to reflect elegance and a high-end aspect.
Inspired by aerial views, each letter of the logo was developed to create perfect visual balance, with clean, geometric lines that square perfectly with the company’s vision. The bold font maximizes the impact of the brand and makes the acronym easy to read. Graphic interventions on the letters M and I demonstrate openness and foster recognition. Like the multiple management challenges faced by MSI, these unique shapes help build a solid territory, where each letter of the acronym can be modular and adaptable. The brand is supported by distinctive pictograms inspired by apartment living.

With a large amount of information to manage, the website was a major project. It had to meet the following needs: improve client management and facilitate communication between the company and tenants. Two sections of the site required more in-depth updates: the rental portion and forms where users could ask for an appointment or submit a repair, rental, or administrative request. To help MSI improve client management, we equipped the website with simplified, centralized, and secure databases. To facilitate client communication with the company, we first helped future tenants save time with automated visit request management. The forms were enhanced with the brand’s design to make it more enjoyable for users to enter information. The repair request form includes a few crucial steps to better identify and resolve issues. An improvement that benefits both MSI Gestion Immobilière and tenants seeking solutions.
True to the brand territory, it quickly contextualizes the user. With its grid, graphics, and pictograms, the website is logical and intuitive to navigate, and the presentation is more polished than direct competitors in the field. The site is lightweight thanks to new technology that makes it just as easy and helpful to navigate on mobile devices.
Following the digital strategy developed for the new brand image, the website was designed as a tailor-made solution and it is upgradable according to the client’s needs. It is always centred on MSI Gestion Immobilière’s vision and it proudly represents creative and trend-conscious management. An interactive map and optimized search methods have improved the way visitors search for an apartment. An educational component has also been added to the strategy with blog articles on tips and tricks to enhance apartment living. The site is not only a goldmine for people looking for an apartment but also an essential resource and a handy tool to meet all the needs that a tenant may have.
The new site has seen a 17% increase in traffic from search engines and a 54% conversion rate increase.
